It requires #safe spaces to allow being vulnerable. This may result in real growth as you are able to accept the feedback.
I talked with many participants of #codefreeze and I think @codefreeze was such a #safespace for many of us, certainly for me.

I'll be taking it easy today - just a 3h #snowshoe hike 😀 which is really way less challenging than a few hours of cross country skiing. I realized I've been combining a bit a lot over the past days and will slowly start to come down and unwind now... I was simply too excited.
Looking forward to exploring #htmx today with other #codefreeze participants. In the evening I'll share my love for #fermentation - #beer #brewing 101 coming up tonight.

A day at #codefreeze feels like a whole week. Today I did a long cross country skiing trip, met some Reindeer and afterwards we crafted coasters and explored the #poap #nfts

Now we still have an exciting evening in front of us - looking forward to a book sharing session.
