Gęsta zabudowa, tysiące nowych urządzeń i dynamiczny wysyp instalacji odnawialnych (OZE) to duże wyzwanie dla istniejącej infrastruktury energetycznej.
Rosnące zapotrzebowanie na moc w szybko rozwijającej się metropolii wymusza całkowitą zmianę podejścia do zarządzania siecią. Aby zapobiec przeciążeniom i spadkom jakości zasilania, Stoen Operator wspólnie z firmą ZPUE realizują w Warszawie jeden z najbardziej zaawansowanych projektów magazynowania energii w kraju.
Zamiast przebudowywać pół miasta, firmy montują potężne baterie bezpośrednio w istniejącej infrastrukturze.
Operacja na żywym organizmie
Największym wyzwaniem całego przedsięwzięcia jest fakt, że projekt powstaje w czynnej, ciągle działającej sieci dystrybucyjnej. Inżynierowie nie mogli pozwolić sobie na testy w sterylnych warunkach laboratoryjnych. Zamiast tego zaplanowano montaż i uruchomienie dziesięciu bateryjnych magazynów energii, które zintegrowano bezpośrednio ze stacjami transformatorowymi (SN/nn).
Co ciekawe, mimo rozmachu projektu, firmy w swojej oficjalnej komunikacji całkowicie przemilczały kluczowe parametry techniczne. W oficjalnych komunikatach nie znajdziemy żadnej informacji o tym, jaką realną mocą i pojemnością dysponuje te dziesięć magazynów. Na szczęście do tych danych udało nam się dotrzeć wcześniej, gdy opisywane rozwiązanie było dopiero w planach.
Zatem o ile wcześniejsze plany nie uległy zmianie, każdy z 10 obiektów będzie dysponował mocą 200 kW i pojemnością 220 kWh. Wiadomo natomiast, że nie jest to jedynie program pilotażowy, ale stały, integralny element codziennej pracy warszawskiej sieci. Rolą tych magazynów nie jest tylko proste gromadzenie nadwyżek prądu. Mają one za zadanie aktywnie wspierać regulację napięcia, co przekłada się na lepszą jakość zasilania w gniazdkach odbiorców.
Dodatkowo obecność takich buforów pozwala na bezpieczniejsze i stabilniejsze podłączanie instalacji odnawialnych w trudnych, miejskich warunkach.
Koniec z eksperymentami, czas na elastyczność
Jak zaznaczają twórcy projektu, wprowadzenie magazynów do energetycznej tkanki miejskiej Warszawy wymagało precyzyjnego planowania, wykraczającego poza sam etap instalacji. Kluczowy był dobór odpowiednich lokalizacji oraz symulacja tego, jak system zachowa się w perspektywie wieloletniej eksploatacji przy różnych scenariuszach obciążenia.
Według Łukasza Sosnowskiego ze Stoen Operator, magazyny muszą wpisywać się w naturalny rytm miasta i być elementem aktywnego, elastycznego zarządzania infrastrukturą. Z kolei Krzysztof Jamróz z zarządu ZPUE podkreśla, że magazyny energii przestały być traktowane jako zwykły, opcjonalny dodatek, a stały się jednym z fundamentów nowoczesnej dystrybucji prądu w dużych aglomeracjach. To właśnie od takich rozwiązań będzie zależeć, czy w nadchodzących latach nasze miasta udźwigną ciężar elektryfikacji transportu i ogrzewania.

Heute morgen gegen 10:42 Ortszeit (09:42 CET) kam es in der #Ukraine und #Moldau nach einer technischen Störung zu großflächigen Stromausfällen. Da die Länder zum Europäischen Verbundnetz gehören, waren die Auswirkungen auch bei uns sichtbar. Durch die plötzlich fehlende Last gab es ein Überangebot an Kraftwerksleistung, was zu einem Anstieg der #Netzfrequenz führte. Die zugehörigen Schutzsysteme scheinen gegriffen zu haben, sodass die Versorgungssicherheit nicht gefährdet war. Nachdem zu Beginn der Störung die Frequenz auf 50.15Hz anstieg und sich etwas drunter für ca. 10 Minuten einpendelte, sank man danach auf 50.05Hz. Noch immer höher als sollte, aber erträglich. Gegen 12:00 normalisierte sich die Frequenz dann wieder.
