@MJmusicinears We all know that if the worst case Trump is elected #globalwarming will accelerate as a consequence of his fossil-friendly politics and we’ll probably arrive earlier to #climateHell.
However we all know too, that if Harris is elected this is no guarantee that the US will keep their part of the Paris Agreement, their fair share, support others fairly on loss and damage and act according their historical emissions responsibilities.

Whenever you have a discussion about #ClimateAction and your counterpart is trying to find flaws in the many solutions (Nirvana argument) ask them if they have children and if they prefer the alternative, i.e. no climate action because no measure is perfect, which leads to #climateHell . You’ll see how fast silence will reign or the conversation changes positively.

As societies worldwide start to realise the #climateHell they have been misled to by many charlatan politicians, persons of influence and decision makers they may want to demand justice. Even though regardless which penalty is decided the untold damage and suffering will remain.

3rd of July 2021. The fossil fuel industry, this time in the form of Mexican oil and gas giant Pemex, managed to open a „portal to hell“ when a submarine gas pipeline ruptured.
Back then it was more an analogy. But fossil fuel industry activities are all contributing to global warming; or, as Antonio Guterres put it, to „climate hell“. Every day, every hour and every second, they get us a step closer to it.
