Ещё жду Glacier от BIQU

Таки дождался пластины от BIQU.

И должен сказать, что она теперь - мой дефолт, судя по всему.

Glacier не такая злоебуче липучая как Super Tack, но она более предсказуемо липучая.

Если с SuperTack у меня (видимо, из-за неравномерного прогрева стола) всё сильно липло по центру, но могло ещё на первом слое не держаться с краю, то тут на большей части поверхности адгезия чуть слабее, но равномернее и стабильнее.

Столбик под 45 градусов я тут не пробовал печатать - да и он, скорее всего, отвалится не допечатавшись до конца. Но вот реальные принты показывают хорошие результаты - точно лучше, чем на пластине по умолчанию (Textured PEI).

Так что вполне могу рекомендовать попробовать эту линейку.

P.S. Кстати, в отличие от SuperTack её (именно Glacier вариант, не Frostbite) можно чистить спиртом, что ещё больше упрощает обслуживание.

I've got a really weird issue I need help with:

My modified 3D printer got a Z-Probe (BIQU Microprobe) for calibration. However, for some weird reason, it always falsely measures the left side of the print bed causing that side of prints to get this weird texture-related elephant foot while the right side lacks adhesion (and texture).
I do not understand why the probe would falsely measure on the left, but not the right. It's a classic i3 bedslinger.

I've kind of been saving this -
I made a trip up to #Columbus #Ohio this morning, because #Microcenter has the #Anycubic #Kobra3 #3Dprinter Before i went up I reversed it online, just so I knew I wouldn't be wasting a trip up.
And I also decided to look to see what they had on clearance.....
And I found 2 #Biqu #Bigtreetech 3d printers, one was $80.00 and one was $56.00

I didn't really need 3 brand new printers, but at that price it's hard to pass them up.

Quick update on the #BIQU Panda Jet cooling fan duct. This weekend I reprinted some cat toys in PETG that have serious bridging/overhangs that would normally leave quite a stringy mess hanging underneath to clean up. With the new duct, it delivered a significantly improved quality of bridge without most the hanging mess I normally get and needing very little cleanup. For me, thats a pretty good indication the duct really does improve part cooling. #3dprinting

Also upgraded my two #Bambu P1S printers today with the #BIQU Panda Jet Cooling Fan Duct. I checked that they were not blocked inside but they seem to have fixed that early problem in manufacturing. The replacement process was straightforward but somewhat delicate due to the glue on the original. I'm doing some testing to see if it helps with overhangs and bridges.

Anyone with the #Biqu H2 V2S? I love it but I don't understand how is the tensioner screw is supposed to work.

What does the screw do? What is supposed to do the actual compression of the spring? It doesn't seem to do anything at all. The screw moves up and down when screwing but no compression of the spring is taking place.

Well that was a PITA, my Biqu B1 SE was printing a little skewed on the far side of the board, which I realized after investigating the device was most likely due to it only being a single z-axis device, (ie: the motor that moves the print nozzle vertically was on 1 side with the other free floating). When the heavy print head moved to the far end, it was too close to the print and couldn't accurately lay down plastic.

Picked up an upgrade kit from Microcenter, but it ended up being for the B1 (first edition), which is slightly different than the SE. Luckily they're electrically compatible and nothing a good drill couldn't take care of.

Several hours later, it's churning through another print and seems to be working MUCH better.

I need help in figuring out how to replace a broken part on my #biqu #3dprinter. It's the pully that moves the bed along the y-axis. All the pullies I can find are for the x or z-axis. My kid lost the broken pully so I don't know what size it is.

What I'm looking for is circled in yellow, not red.
