My phone was broken, and I struggled greatly just to get a very poor-quality replacement.
I missed you all, my friends.
Please don't leave me again.
I have great hope in you. Please, I need your support.

Has the world forgotten us? 💔 My family in Gaza has received no donations for days. We need food, milk, diapers, and medical care. My mother urgently needs a $500 surgery. Please donate or share. Even a small act can help my children and mother. 🙏🤍

O Gaza…
All this sorrow was not befitting of you, nor did your people deserve to pay such a price.

Peace be upon every heart burdened by war, upon every home whose inhabitants are gone, and upon every person still waiting for this tragedy to end.

And shame and disgrace upon all who caused us to reach this state. 😢😓🇵🇸

I hate how people treat our Palestinian cause merely as a "trend"; why must we bear the burden of raising our voices while the suffering continues?

💔💔

Some people don’t want you to complain. They don’t want you to talk about your pain.

Don’t talk about your exhaustion, your worries, or your sadness.
Don’t talk about your life, your tent, displacement, being forced from one place to another, sleeping on the streets, or covering yourself with worn-out blankets just to get through the night.

They treat us as if we are superheroes—as if people living through war have no right to feel tired, afraid, or broken.

But please understand: we are human.

Flesh and blood.
We feel happiness and sadness. We smile, we cry, we celebrate other people’s happiness, and we hurt when we see others suffering.

We get tired. We fall. Sometimes we break down… and then we try to stand again.

We are not machines.
We have hearts. We have feelings. We feel.

Yes, perhaps this war has changed us.
Perhaps we have become numb to things that once shook us to our core. Perhaps pain has become such a normal part of our lives that we sometimes stop reacting to it the way we used to.

But we have not lost our humanity.

We are still afraid of death.
We still love life.
We still want to live, laugh, feel joy, and feel safe—just like everyone else.

So please, don’t expect us to be strong all the time.

Let us speak when we are tired.
Let us cry when something hurts.
Let us talk when life becomes too heavy.

We are human. We are not superheroes. 💔🇵🇸

There is a pain that words cannot describe, and a mother who no longer knows how to explain to the world what it means to see her children in need of food, medicine, and clothing, unable to secure their most basic rights.

We are not seeking pity, nor do we want words spoken and then forgotten. We want the world to feel our true pain, and for that feeling to translate into action, genuine support, and real help.

My children don't need luxuries… they need food to satisfy their hunger, clean water, medicine when they are sick, clothes to protect them, and a place where they feel safe.

The hardest thing a person can endure is to see their children suffer while standing helplessly by, unable to do anything for them. 💔
We are tired of waiting, tired of asking for help, and tired of feeling that our suffering doesn't reach people's hearts.

Please, don't pass by our pain as if it were something fleeting. Don't just feel sorry for us… help us. Stand with us. Contribute what you can.

Our children deserve to live their childhood, to laugh, to learn, and to grow up without fear, hunger, or illness. 🥺💔

When I used to hear that someone had developed early-onset Alzheimer's disease, I would feel profound sorrow and heartbreak for them. I would often wonder: How could they possibly live the rest of their life while trapped in such a condition?

Today, however, I find myself wishing that I had Alzheimer's—not because I take this illness lightly, but because I can no longer bear the weight of my memories.

Every time I remember what my life was like before this genocide, and compare it to what it has become today, I am overwhelmed by a pain and anguish that tear me apart from within.

I don't want to remember anything anymore.

I don't want my memories to keep bringing back everything I have lost, everything that has been destroyed, and everything that has been stolen from my life.

I just want to live each day as if it were the very first day of my life—with no memories to haunt me, and no past to torment me every single moment.

What I witnessed today inside the hospital, while trying to secure treatment for my daughter, was a catastrophe beyond description, a horrific scene that will remain etched in my memory for the rest of my life.

The hospitals here are overflowing with the wounded and the sick, thousands suffering from chronic and serious illnesses. Every patient searches, day after day, with their weary hands and bodies, for a dose of medication or a chance at treatment that might grant them a few more days. But sadly, there is no treatment left.

Cancer patients are suffering the most. Chemotherapy drugs have completely run out, leaving the lives of more than 4,500 cancer patients hanging between life and death, watching the disease mercilessly ravage their bodies.

Every day, between four and seven cancer patients lose their lives due to the unavailability of treatment, the suspension of chemotherapy sessions, and the continued delays in medical evacuations resulting from Israel's ongoing closure of border crossings and the severe restrictions imposed on patients seeking life-saving care.

What I witnessed today surpasses anything a human being could possibly see. I saw patients wishing for death to escape the unbearable pain ravaging their bodies. Their cries and tears never ceased as cancer relentlessly consumed them in a scene that shakes the conscience of humanity.

The health system in Gaza is witnessing a complete collapse and an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe. Patients are being denied their most basic rights: medicine, treatment, and even painkillers that could alleviate some of their suffering.

We urgently call on the international community to ensure the immediate entry of essential medicines and medical supplies, to open the Rafah crossing without delay, and to allow patients to leave Gaza to receive life-saving treatment before it is too late. The lives of thousands of sick and wounded people are in imminent danger.

What Israel is doing today by depriving Gaza of the most basic necessities of life and healthcare is nothing less than a heinous crime against humanity unfolding before the eyes of the entire world, while patients are left to face a slow and agonizing death without medicine, without treatment, and without mercy.
