keep producing files at level 5.1 instead of the specified 5.0? I tried using 'level-idc=50' in the -x265-params but that failed with bad arguments.

♿✈️ #Disabled air passengers are set to benefit from stronger protections for wheelchairs and improved support from better-trained #airline and #airport staff. More than 1,000 wheelchairs were damaged during transit in 2024, highlighting the impact on passengers’ independence and wellbeing.
Measures already introduced include a standardised form for sharing wheelchair handling and battery information before #travel, alongside staff training developed with disabled passengers. A digital platform is also planned to help passengers communicate their support needs in advance.
The changes follow recommendations from former Paralympian Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson and work by the Aviation Accessibility Implementation Group.
Meanwhile, the Government’s Civil Aviation Bill is progressing through #Parliament. It would strengthen the regulator’s enforcement powers and remove the compensation cap for lost or damaged wheelchairs and mobility aids on domestic #UK #flights.
