So, brief update on the Wi-Fi thing: got latest stable OpenWRT running on the #Cudy AX3000. 1.2Gbps Wi-Fi 6 throughput (2.5GbE switches, 10Gbps fiber). For around €50 per (rather cute) AP, the hardware is excellent bang for the buck and a great AirPort Extreme replacement I can manage locally.

Here’s a cautionary tale, folks. No matter how bad or #stressful #work gets, don’t neglect your #health. I (stupidly) missed a chance to nip this in the bud during last year’s #microsoft #layoffs (I was too preoccupied with moving away from a very risky spot, and too #busy this year), but had the good fortune to resolve it in the nick of time.
