heatmaps in the terminal can look pretty cool! This is a screenshot from the `kcli top` tool in #kumomta which pulls data out of the prometheus metrics endpoint, tracks various series and renders it all, without requiring that prometheus or grafana be deployed. This is running in wezterm (obv!) but can run in any terminal supporting true color. `kcli top` is built on top of #ratatui.

Ich nutze nun schon seit einigen Monaten privat fast gar kein #Windows mehr. Mein daily driver ist stattdessen ein angepasstes #Debian (Testing) mit einem eigenen Desktop-Environment auf Basis von #Hyprland. Ich finde die Anpassbarkeit, Bedienung und mein Design mittlerweile so angenehm, dass ich auf gar keinen Fall mehr zurück will :D

@wimpy I really get it WRT tmux BTW!
I made the leap a year or so ago and have been mostly liking it. The key thing it brought me that's priceless is a single, uniform, 100% consistent muscle memory interface for maintaining and switching tabs/panes.
However since I moved to #wezterm which I just adore and which is totally cross platform (Even works like a champion under #windows365
and makes an outstanding #WSL host!)I'm wondering if I can achieve the same effect without much of the faff.
pueue sounds great for a whole variety of tasks. I will definitely check it out! I currently use tmux and/or screen for running docker compose up and the like and being able to observe the output.

Wezmeh (Paleontology 🦕)
Wezmeh Cave is an archaeological site near Islamabad Gharb, western Iran, around 470 km southwest of the capital Tehran. The site was discovered in 1999 and excavated in 2001 by a team of Iranian archaeologists under the leadership of Dr. Kamyar Abdi. Wezmeh cave was re-excavated by a team under direction of Fereidoun Biglari in 2019.
