  13. Took a long time compiling #zmk (native installation) for my #lily58 #splitKeyboard ...
    Couldn't figure out how to use a local zmk-config directory so I just modified the default keymap to suit my needs and then I proceeded to do more changes in #ZMKStudio 😂

    For reference: zmk.dev/docs/features/studio

    It would be nice to be able to export nice PNG, jpeg or pdfs of the cool new layouts, maybe even get a layout from a list of GitHub repos and so on

    Couldn't figure out how to use a local zmk-config directory so I just modified the default keymap to suit my needs and then I proceeded to do more changes in 😂

    It would be nice to be able to export nice PNG, jpeg or pdfs of the cool new layouts, maybe even get a layout from a list of GitHub repos and so on

  20. Apparently we have access to GitHub at work, been using it in :neovim: and it seems pretty useful... Is there a way to get this in :emacs: ?

  21. I think it is faster to sketch diagrams by hand, massage the ideas a bit and then only invest time in generating svg, Visio, whatever for documentation.
    I refuse to waste time in making pointless (see what I did there?) ppt files with nice diagrams for kick off meetings 😂

  26. I thought I could have a exercise, feel free to jump in or boost.
    My new task at hand: Create a visualization tool representing the state of a system throughout a time period. Something like hovering or clicking over the timeline should show a pop up window with a diagram of said system with boxes drawn around the active parts at the point in time.

  27. @dm nice! I plan to use it for *wait for it* .. gaming, I also want to emulate some old consoles and use it as a thin client to remote in to the computer at work (either or will do the trick I hope)
