Hallo liebe Linux-Gemeinde,
Ich als völliger Linuxnoob frage mich welches Linux ich wohl auf einem Acer Aspire One D150 installieren könnte für allgemeines Browser-Surven und evtl. Etwas Officeanwendungen.
Aktuell läuft auf dem Schätzchen ein Linux MX Libretto (glaube ich), allerdings mit irgendwelchen Startproblemen (don't ask me which - irgendwelche dateien können nicht erstellt werden? 🤔)
Es würde mich sehr freuen wenn irgendwer Tipps für mich hat?

between one boot and another, my sound balance went really heavily left without me changing anything manually (and with sound settings being balanced)...
there's also a good deal of hissing in that left, louder ear :blob_confused:
anyone have any idea what this might be? I'm running Bazzite as the OS and putting audio through an Avid Mbox :bear_shrug:

So much for '#SystemD is not a monolith' guilt tripping. It's modular in theory alone. #Flatpak is the next critical software to introduce a hard dependency on systemd, after #Gnome. Those of us using #Runit, #OpenRC, #GNUShepherd etc are looking at a situation similar to #elogind.
What's common among them? A corporate #OpenSource ecosystem that only they can maintain. Meanwhile, those who question this are treated with contempt!
