We re-watched Muriel’s Wedding the other day. That movie is now 30 years old. It was the first movie I saw #ToniCollette in. After having visited #Australia twice, I can say that movie is very Australian. I don’t think I’ve seen it since I saw it in the theater. I love the name of the fictional town Porpoise Spit. It should’ve won an award for best use of #ABBA music in a film.

In the final analysis, #Google probably did the right thing in shutting down #GooglePlus when they decided it was unviable rather than letting it get overrun by #SpaceNazis and #SpaceKaren and crash and burn. At least they made it easier to export my data that Twitter did (they broke it into downloadable chunks instead of one massive file).

I saw #MargerieGlacier on an Alaskan cruise in 2015. The Pacific Princess (not the same ship as in The Love Boat) sailed into Glacier Bay National Park. While heading towards to end of the bay to see the #glacier a small boat pulled up alongside us and #NationalPark rangers boarded to give us a lecture and sell us books and trinkets. They disembarked onto the same boat on the way out.
