    El avance de la derecha en Brasil plantea desafíos para Morena rumbo a las elecciones de 2027 en México. Mario A. Medina analiza el impacto de la inteligencia artificial, la selección de candidaturas, la corrupción y la participación ciudadana.

    Hace una semana se me ocurrió pedirle a la IA de Meta hiciera un análisis de cuáles podrían ser los resultados de las elecciones de 2027; los de la Cámara de Diputados federal, en las 17 gubernaturas y cuáles en las más de dos mil presidencias municipales.

    Mi planteamiento fue el siguiente: “Bajo el entendido que la mandataria Claudia Sheinbaum está bien calificada entre la población, ¿ello podría influir positivamente a favor de los candidatos de Morena? ¿Cuáles podrían ser los resultados? ¿En qué estados podría ganar Morena? ¿En qué estados podría ganar la oposición?” Finalmente, le pedí su valoración general.

    La IA propiedad del multimillonario Mark Zuckerberg considera que la mandataria Sheinbaum “sí es un activo central para Morena y que el “efecto arrastre presidencial” suele ser de +5 a +8 puntos para su partido, pero “no es automático” y que este factor “pesa más en estados con estructura morenista ya instalada y pesa menos donde hay crisis locales de seguridad o donde la oposición presenta candidatos con marca propia”.

    Explica que Morena parte con “ventaja alta” en Baja California, Campeche, Colima, Guerrero, Quintana Roo, Sinaloa, Sonora, Tlaxcala, Zacatecas y Baja California Sur, y señala como factores importantes el que estas entidades son gobernadas por la alianza Morena/PVEM/PT o por “el voto duro muy consolidado desde 2021-2024”.

    Urna poder judicial

    Ve como “ventaja competitiva pero disputada” en Michoacán y Nayarit, donde plantea que Morena “es favorito por padrón, pero con fuerte peso de grupos locales”.

    Sobre, ¿dónde la oposición (PAN/MC/PRI) puede competir o ganar? La IA considera que Aguascalientes, Querétaro, Chihuahua y Nuevo León pueden ser estados donde la oposición pudiera ganar porque ahí, plantea, “son históricamente más competitivos”, particular en los dos primeros estados ya que ahí Morena “nunca ha sido gobierno”.

    Sobre la elección en Chihuahua dice que, con Cruz Pérez Cuéllar de Morena, “será una pelea cerrada por la fuerza del PAN en la capital” de esa entidad, y considera un escenario similar en Nuevo León, pues esboza, en primer término, que el estado norteño “es terreno de MC” y, como variante. recuerda que la aspirante de Morena en aquella tierra norteña, “Clara Luz Flores, ya perdió en 2021”.

    En San Luis Potosí donde no habrá alianza Morena-PV, Meta ve como “favorita” a la senadora del Verde Ruth González; hace hincapié que su esposo, el actual gobernador Ricardo Gallardo, “tiene estructura real y alta presencia”.

    A la pregunta: Morena, ¿mayoría calificada en Cámara de Diputados?, me respondió que será “muy difícil” que este partido alcance con sus aliados la mayoría calificada (334 de 500), incluso, “aún con la buena aprobación presidencial”. 

    “El escenario más probable es que Morena mantenga mayoría absoluta (250 más 1) con aliados” Sobre si alcanzarían la mayoría calificada, explica que sólo sería posible “si barren” en 12 o 13 de las 17 gubernaturas en disputa y sacan arriba del 46% de la votación nacional. “Hoy no está en el escenario esa posibilidad”, apuntó con contundencia.

    El panorama que observa la IA de Meta de alguna manera es alentador para Morena. Reconozco que no se me ocurrió agregar uno o varios factores extras, es decir, por ejemplo, el intervencionismo cínico del gobierno de los EU en las elecciones en varios países de América Latina (AL); la guerra sucia contra los gobiernos y candidatos de izquierda; la desinformación, los bots, amén de los errores de los gobiernos de izquierda y, claro, la corrupción.

    De entre estos varios factores está un hecho -haya sido por causas democráticas o no-, la ultraderecha en AL avanza. El triunfo en la primera vuelta de Flávio Bolsonaro (47,03%) frente al actual presidente de izquierda Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (45,16%) debe provocar una seria reflexión de la dirigencia de Morena en nuestro país, pero de igual modo del gobierno de la mandataria, Claudia Sheinbaum.

    Lula ha admitido que los resultados no eran los que esperaba. Varios analistas han señalado que el resultado (¿inesperado?) no sólo es producto del intervencionismo de la ultraderecha, también lo es por errores propios de Lula y del Partido del Trabajo (PT) de allá. Uno que pudiera parecer menor, pero no lo es, es el hecho de que esta fue su cuarta postulación a la Presidencia de Brasil. Vale preguntar: ¿dónde están los cuadros jóvenes de la izquierda en la tierra de la amazonia?

    Una segunda vuelta se avecina en aquella nación, y la única esperanza que el mandatario no sea derrotado es que quienes no salieron a votar, quienes se abstuvieron, lo hagan mayoritariamente por el candidato petista. La diferencia en la primera vuelta fue de 2.2 millones de votos a favor de Bolsonaro.

    Hay una creencia que duele reconocer, y es el hecho de que será difícil que Lula pueda vencer al derechista el próximo domingo 25 en la segunda vuelta.

    He podido encontrar varias notas y análisis que muestran cómo la población brasileña se ha venido derechizando a pesar de los programas sociales a su favor, aunque según los datos del Instituto Brasileño de Geografía y Estadísticas (IBGE), “la desigualdad volvió a aumentar en Brasil en 2025 después de haber alcanzado el menor nivel de la serie histórica en 2024” y que “los ingresos de los sectores más ricos crecieron a un ritmo muy superior al de los más pobres”.

    También ha sido factor -como documentó SinEmbargo-, los Influencers, la IA, las imágenes manipuladas y la desinformación.

    Sobre su valoración en lo general, la IA me dijo que Morena “no será una ola uniforme”; “llega como favorito para retener diez u once gubernaturas; “la oposición tiene oportunidad real entre 4 y 5 gubernaturas del centro-norte; entre dos y tres serán de alta competencia, y que la clave no será sólo la aprobación presidencial, sino tres factores locales:

    Uno: si la alianza Morena-PVEM-PT se mantiene estado por estado; dos, la selección de candidatos de la oposición (PAN-PRI-MC), si van unidos o divididos y tres: los resultados en materia de seguridad y la participación ciudadana. “Con participación alta (+60%) favorece a Morena; con participación baja se abren sorpresas opositoras en las zonas urbanas”.

    En su 15 aniversario, y frente al crecimiento de la derecha en AL, como llamó su mandataria, Ariadna Montiel, Morena “no debe perder el rumbo”, pero también deben entender lo que ya ocurrió en el subcontinente, que lo grave puede ser no sólo regresar al pasado neoliberal, sino el propósito de los a EU e Israel de adueñarse de nuestros recursos naturales, y que la derecha aquí gustosa, les abriría la puerta.

    Que no le cuenten

    ¡Cuidado!, y se les cuele otra Lili Téllez u otro Germán Martínez; otro Ricardo Monreal, un Cuauhtémoc Blanco; aguas que por ahí está merodeando otra vez Pedro Haces y su parentela.

    El Nacional Monte de Piedad reanudó este miércoles 7 de octubre sus operaciones después de 364 días de huelga, con la reapertura de sus sucursales y un esquema de beneficios para que los clientes puedan pagar, refrendar o recuperar sus prendas.

    La institución ofrece 45 días naturales sin cobro de intereses ordinarios, contados a partir de la reapertura, además de descuentos sobre los intereses generados durante el periodo de cierre, de acuerdo con el historial de cada cliente.

    El regreso permite nuevamente realizar operaciones de empeño, refrendo, pago y desempeño de prendas, así como consultar el estado de los contratos que permanecieron pendientes durante el conflicto laboral iniciado el 1 de octubre de 2025.

    Beneficios para clientes

    Entre las medidas anunciadas se encuentra un esquema de descuentos sobre los intereses acumulados durante la huelga. El porcentaje aplicable dependerá de las condiciones y antecedentes de cada operación, por lo que no existe un descuento único para todos los contratos.

    Los 45 días sin intereses ordinarios permitirán a los usuarios regularizar sus operaciones a partir de este miércoles, mientras que la institución también anunció que dará a conocer beneficios adicionales relacionados con la reapertura.

    El Nacional Monte de Piedad recomendó a sus clientes preparar la documentación correspondiente y consultar previamente las condiciones de su contrato para determinar qué alternativas tienen disponibles.

    Horarios de atención

    Las sucursales operarán de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 17:00 horas, mientras que los sábados brindarán atención de 9:00 a 14:00 horas.

    La reapertura representa el regreso de la atención presencial después de casi un año de suspensión. Los clientes podrán solicitar información sobre sus prendas y realizar las operaciones permitidas de acuerdo con las condiciones de cada contrato.

    La institución también habilitó un sistema de citas para facilitar la atención y ordenar el regreso de los usuarios a las sucursales, particularmente de quienes requieren regularizar operaciones pendientes.

    ¿Qué pasó con la huelga?

    La huelga comenzó el 1 de octubre de 2025 por el conflicto entre el Nacional Monte de Piedad y el sindicato que representa a sus trabajadores, en torno a la aplicación del Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo y distintas condiciones laborales.

    El conflicto concluyó el 30 de septiembre de 2026, después de más de 70 reuniones de negociación y de la intervención de la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STPS), que acompañó el proceso para alcanzar un acuerdo entre las partes.

    El entendimiento contempló compromisos laborales, entre ellos el cumplimiento del contrato colectivo vigente, la regularización de plazas y el pago de salarios caídos, además de otros acuerdos para permitir la continuidad de las operaciones de la institución. –sn–

    Ci sono viaggiatori che preparano la valigia, controllano il meteo, cercano il volo più conveniente… e poi ci sono loro: gli uccelli migratori, che partono senza trolley, senza passaporto e, soprattutto, senza perdere tempo al check-in! ✈️🐦

    La Giornata Mondiale degli Uccelli Migratori torna anche nel 2026 per ricordarci quanto siano straordinari questi piccoli grandi viaggiatori del cielo e quanto siano importanti per l’equilibrio degli ecosistemi.

    🌍 Una giornata… due appuntamenti!

    Nel 2026 la celebrazione internazionale cade il 9 maggio, secondo sabato del mese e il 10 ottobre, secondo secondo sabato del mese: due momenti che seguono idealmente i grandi movimenti migratori tra aree di nidificazione e territori di svernamento. (World Migratory Bird Day)

    E proprio sabato 10 ottobre 2026 sarà il secondo grande appuntamento dell’anno, particolarmente significativo per chi osserva la migrazione autunnale.

    🔎 La novità 2026: anche noi possiamo “fare ricerca”

    Il tema scelto quest’anno è “Every Bird Counts – Your Observations Matter!”, ovvero

    Ogni uccello conta – Le tue osservazioni sono importanti!

    L’idea è semplice e bellissima: non servono necessariamente camice bianche, laboratori o telescopi giganteschi. Anche una persona che osserva un uccello, ne registra la presenza o partecipa a un progetto di monitoraggio può contribuire alla scienza partecipativa, fornendo dati utili per studiare migrazioni, popolazioni, habitat e minacce.     Insomma, nel 2026 anche il nostro balcone potrebbe trasformarsi, per qualche minuto, in una piccola stazione scientifica. E il binocolo? Ammesso. Il pigiama da birdwatching, invece, resta una scelta personale! 😉

    💧 Sessant’anni di osservazioni

    Il 2026 porta anche un anniversario importante: il 60° anniversario dell’International Waterbird Census, il censimento internazionale degli uccelli acquatici.

    In Italia, tra il 6 e il 25 gennaio 2026, i censimenti degli uccelli acquatici svernanti hanno coinvolto oltre 2.000 zone umide, con una rete di centinaia di rilevatori e numerosi collaboratori. Un enorme lavoro collettivo che dimostra quanto l’osservazione, quando diventa sistematica, possa trasformarsi in preziosa conoscenza scientifica. (ISPRA)

    🐦 Perché dobbiamo continuare a guardarli volare?

    Perché la migrazione racconta una storia che non conosce confini: Africa, Europa, Asia e Americhe sono collegate da vere e proprie autostrade naturali del cielo. Proteggere le zone umide, i boschi, le coste e le aree di sosta significa quindi proteggere non soltanto gli uccelli, ma interi ecosistemi.

    E allora, quando vediamo uno stormo attraversare il cielo, possiamo fermarci qualche secondo e pensare che quei piccoli passeggeri stanno percorrendo distanze incredibili seguendo rotte che la natura ha perfezionato nel corso di generazioni.

    ✨ Un piccolo gesto per una grande migrazione

    Per celebrare questa giornata possiamo semplicemente osservare, ascoltare, fotografare senza disturbare e, quando possibile, registrare ciò che vediamo attraverso progetti di citizen science. Perché nel 2026 il messaggio è più chiaro che mai: ogni osservazione può diventare un piccolo tassello della grande mappa della migrazione.

    E se gli uccelli riescono a trovare la strada attraversando continenti interi, forse noi possiamo almeno ricordarci dove abbiamo parcheggiato l’auto! 😄🐦
