Formaljuristisch war der Senat nicht zuständig weswegen die nächtliche Schließung in der aktuellen Form unzulässig ist. Im Hauptverfahren wird zu klären sein, ob das auch generell der Fall ist. Bis dahin hat #Berlin aber hoffentlich einen #Senat, der das Projekt Zaunbau als Fehler betrachtet und dem Bezirk die Hoheit über seinen Park zurück gibt.
