Patientinnen und Patienten können nach § 630g Abs. 1 Satz 3 BGB auch Abschriften von der #Behandlungsakte, einschließlich elektronischer Abschriften, verlangen, wobei die erste Abschrift unentgeltlich zur Verfügung zu stellen ist.

Es liegt nicht nur am Geld. Fehlende Fachkenntnisse und Strukturen, und auch unausgegorene Leuchtturmprojekte wie die #ePA sind in meinen Augen die großen Probleme. Dazu kommen sinnlose 1zu1 Umsetzungen analoger Vorgänge, mangelnde Sicherheitsprüfungen in der Projektentwicklung und Anwendung von genormten Schnittstellen, sofern überhaupt vorhanden / definiert.
Höre ich da @HonkHase , so schlägt dieser wohl oft die Hände über dem Kopf zusammen.
