I’ve such a frustration with hashtags in absence of Boolean search. Most people use unspecific ones and to get to what is useful needs intersection or exclusion. A concrete example: #scifi — too general, mostly fans. #writing — lots of noise, mostly other genres. Nobody posts #writingScifi. And to find people talking about the craft, include #amwriting or exclude #starwars or #ttrpg.
