Another long day at the auctions - today was not a bust thou, I picked up a few Star Trek Star Ships - Not sure who makes these expect for the two Voyagers. But picked these up for right at $18 dollars, and there were a few small micro-machine shuttle craft in the box as well.

Today after more than two months of on and off development work on Spaceships, I have completed the finishing touches of a huge redesign of many parts of the codebase. The overall purpose of this redesign was to pay off a large amount of technical debt that has been gradually accumulating over the game's history.
This redesign is the first phase of the upcoming v1.6.0 release that is planned to include a huge overhaul and enhancement of existing game mechanics. So far no major features have been added in this redesign, but paying off this technical debt is expected to make future development on gameplay for v1.6.0 much easier.

Might as well share this game that I have been working on for a while. For the past two years I have been working on Spaceships, a completely free/libre 2D space-themed shooter game. The core idea of this game is that you are a spaceship and your goal is to destroy other spaceships by shooting them with bullets that you fire.
Spaceships has two main game modes, singleplayer and multiplayer. Singleplayer consists of five levels as part of a story mode where you need to destroy all bot players without losing all your lives. Multiplayer is similar but more open-ended with a wide variety of game modes, including survival and capture-the-flag.
