I listen to Death to Art by TISM on Spotify because when I bought the (signed) album, I expected some common-enough medium and did not, of course I did not, I mean really, who would, check the product description.
IT IS A DISC OF PRESSED VINYL WITH A PAIR OF GROOVES ON IT
You need a rotating player with diamond stylus thingo to let the noise out of it. I mean, I am old, but not *that* old. Who on earth has one of those?
Anyhoo. 45 minutes to Springvale, what a lovely road trip - this hearse is really roomy and has a smoooooth ride.

The 12-string kobza-vihuela is influenced by the older #vihuela as well as the traditional #ukrainian folk instruments called #kobza , but it is its own thing...a child from interesting parents but very much its own creature. My dad would have loved it so I am blaming this purchase on him.
(And yes, every stringed instrument I get will one-day be used in my cover of #tism s Old Man River.)
