Ich habe ein Problem mit der Installation von Ubuntu auf meinem #surfacepro7
Ich kam gestern bis zu dem Punkt, an dem ich Ubuntu parallel zu #windows auf meinem Surface installieren wollte. Dann kam die Meldung, dass Windows Bitlocker die Installation verhindern würde.
Ich kenne mich nicht so gut aus und weiß nicht mal, was das ist.
Nachdem die Installation fehlschlug und ich zu Windows zurückkehren wollte, konnte ich das nicht, weil ich einen Bitlocker Schlüssel eingeben sollte -

Okay, next hurdle in my #linux #surfacepro7 journey! I've successfully got Mint on a USB and have managed to boot into it manually. (see "Make this surface start from a USB drive" here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/boot-surface-from-a-usb-device-fe7a7323-8d1d-823d-be17-9aec89c4f9f5
I've also successfully booted into UEFI and changed the boot order so "USB Storage" is on top.
Per Step 4 in these instructions: https://github.com/linux-surface/linux-surface/wiki/Installation-and-Setup) I've set secure boot to allow non-MS signatures ("Microsoft & 3rd party CA").
But when I restart, Windows boots up. :(
