Still working on strat appreciation on my $50/used strat copy.
I leveled and crowned a high spot on the 19th fret that was making it fret out on bends, shined up the frets and put on a new set of 9s.

I dunno.

Position 2 is kinda good with a phaser. 3 is fun with some grit or fuzz, and maybe the tone backed off a notch.

Going to play along with Lofi for a while.

What music really embodies the strat?
I'm still trying to figure out what #Stratocasters are especially good for.
I was wrong about Dr. Know playing a #strat.
I'm down to Jimi, Blackmore, Trower, Beck, Eric Johnson, SRV, and some of my least favorite Clapton. Dick Dale. Jeff Baxter. The guy from the Butthole Surfers (unless I'm wrong about him too). Yingyang.
It's like everyone who played a normal strat after Eddie was an old blues guy???
