@bullivant from Sam Freedman's book discussing #APCareHomes safeguarding failures surrounding care of children (girls age 12-16) in their #Wilmslow, #Cheshire care home.

He reflects on the 'blatantly ill-qualified people' - such as owners #AmpikaPickston and her fiance - convicted Pimp, Pornographer and #WestHamUnited CEO #DavidSullivan, that #Ofsted licensed to own them!

Would UK authorities allow people like #Savile, #HughHefner etc., to open girls care homes I wonder?
