Does anyone feel ‘relieved’ to have come out of the long shadow of 14 years of #Tory austerity and chaos to now be living under a #Labour government that has no purpose, plan or ability to do anything?

But there been a bait and switch.
It was carried out by #LabourTogether. People voted for a centre left government, but actually under the plotting of McSweeney, got a bland imitation of #Sunak led by a faceless #Starmer.

AFAICS, #Sunak read the room correctly. With #LINO having moved so far to the right, and the media so firmly dominated by the right, Sunak calculated that his revelation would be treated as virtue rather than vice.
Sadly, he seems to have weighed things well. Free speech in Britain is now available only to the rightwingers

Since Cameron, the UK has had four Worst Prime Ministers of All Time. I'll give #Sunak a pass -- he was terrible, but not as terrible as Truss; so he didn't get to be 'worst of all time'.
#Starmer does not earn that pass.
This new US #TradeDeal not only leaves us worse off in our relations with the US than we were without it, it catastrophically sabotages our much more important relationship with Europe.
