Công an Lào Cai đã khởi tố vụ án và tạm giam 4 bị can về hành vi “Mua bán người dưới 16 tuổi” vào ngày 23/1. Các đối tượng liên quan đến đường dây buôn người, lợi dụng trẻ em để trục lợi. Hiện cơ quan chức năng đang tiếp tục điều tra mở rộng vụ việc.
