Обзор нейросети Suno v5 в 2026 году: чем она лучше Udio и Riffusion после выхода обновления 5.5?

Вы заметили, как часто в чарты популярных стриминговых сервисов стали попадать сгенерированные нейросетями треки? Иногда их можно спутать с реальными творениями, созданными людьми. Например, в феврале 2026 чарты «Яндекс Музыки» и VK впервые возглавил сгенерированный трек. Проект СДП на стихи Есенина набрал 4,2 млн слушателей за месяц, став хитом. Но сколько сил вкладывают люди, чтобы создать свой трек, не используя нейросеть? Если сравнить затраты средств и сил на создание реального трека и нейросетевого, думаю ответ очевиден — ИИ-контент создавать гораздо проще. Правда, зачастую он получается не самого лучшего качества. А если все-таки можно сделать что-то достойное при помощи нейросети? Это мы и проверим. В статье протестируем возможности Suno v5 и ее конкурентов. Попробуем сгенерировать композиции в нескольких жанрах: от джаза и шансона до тяжелого рока. Также мы оценим качество генерации женского и мужского вокала на русском и английском.

Wem gehört deine AI-Musik eigentlich wirklich

Viele meiner Leser sind angehende Musikproduzierende oder auch Leute, die sich im Mastering auskennen. Die meisten von uns sind in der Lage, entweder das eine oder das andere wirklich gut zu können. Aber so mancher wird vielleicht in die Versuchung gesetzt, doch einmal die AI über die Songs drüber gucken zu lassen und vielleicht über SUNO, Riffusion oder auch LANDR die Songs zu mastern oder neu zu arrangieren.

Ich habe mir die AGB von LANDR, Suno und Producer.AI mal angeguckt, bzw. ChatGPT und Claude über diese endlos langen Rechtstexte drüber gucken lassen und mir diese Terms of Service mal zusammenfassen lassen, gerade im Hinblick auf eigene Rechte. Warum ich AI zur Zusammenfassung genutzt habe, erkläre ich aber auch gerne: Ich bin kein Anwalt, habe keinerlei Erfahrung in Rechtstexten und auch, wenn mein Englisch ziemlich gut ist, reicht das nicht zur Interpretation von Rechtstexten aus

Ich habe einen Song komponiert und lasse Suno den verbessern

Ich habe das getan, was viele Producer so machen: Ein paar Takte eines Songs komponiert, vielleicht den Refrain oder das Intro und jetzt sind mir die Ideen ausgegangen. Ich nahm also den Song und gab ihn Suno im Free-Model und habe gesagt: Hey, erweitere das mal und nimm meine Lyrics, die von einem AI-Sänger gesungen werden sollen. AI kann so was ziemlich gut, heutiges AI-Zeugs klingt teilweise halt wirklich gut. Das Resultat war tatsächlich mein eigener Song, aufgeblasen auf 03:00 Minuten und das hat mich inspiriert und ich stelle aufgrund dessen meinen eigenen Song fertig. Darf ich den nun bei Spotify und Amazon verkaufen?

Die AGB von Suno sind da ziemlich eindeutig:

Pro oder Premier (Bezahl-Abos): Suno überträgt dir alle Rechte am generierten Output, der aus deinen Eingaben während deines bezahlten Abos entsteht. Du bist also Eigentümer der Musik. Allerdings macht Suno keine Garantie, dass überhaupt ein Urheberrecht am Output entsteht – das ist bei KI-generierter Musik rechtlich noch nicht abschließend geklärt.

Free oder Basic Tier: Du darfst die Musik nur für deine eigenen, privaten und nicht-kommerziellen Zwecke nutzen und musst dabei Suno als Quelle nennen. Die Rechte bleiben also eingeschränkt.

Wichtig zu wissen:

• Durch die Nutzung gibst du Suno eine umfassende, weltweite Lizenz, deine Eingaben und den Output zu nutzen, auch um ihre KI-Modelle zu trainieren.
• Der Output kann öffentlich auf Plattformen wie Discord sichtbar sein, wo andere ihn sehen, herunterladen und modifizieren können. Du kannst aber Einstellungen ändern, um Output privat zu halten.
• Wegen der Art von Machine Learning kann ähnlicher Output auch für andere Nutzer generiert werden – dein Output ist nicht unbedingt einzigartig.

Kurz gesagt: Mit Bezahl-Abo gehört dir die Musik (soweit rechtlich möglich), beim Free-Tier nur für private Nutzung.

Ich habe die AI gefragt, ob SUNO theoretisch losgehen könnte und meinen Song und meine Lyrics selbst verkaufen darf. Und ja, die AGB räumen SUNO explizit dieses Recht ein. Viel schlimmer noch: Angenommen ich lade einen Soundschnipsel im Free-Model hoch, dann kann jemand anderes mit Paid-Modell aufgrund meines Songs Geld damit verdienen. In den AGB steht in etwa das hier drin:

Was du Suno erlaubst:

Durch das Hochladen gibst du Suno eine „weltweite, nicht-exklusive, vollständig bezahlte, unterlizenzierbare, übertragbare, gebührenfreie, unbefristete und unwiderrufliche“ Lizenz, um:

• Deinen Upload zu nutzen, reproduzieren, speichern, modifizieren, verbreiten
• Derivative Werke daraus zu erstellen
• Ihn zu performen, anzuzeigen und öffentlich verfügbar zu machen
• Ihre KI-Modelle damit zu trainieren

Was das konkret bedeuten könnte:

Szenario 1 – Training: Suno trainiert ihre KI mit deinem Song. Andere Nutzer könnten dann Songs generieren, die Ähnlichkeiten mit deinem haben – du bekommst nichts.

Szenario 2 – Direktes Derivat: Suno könnte theoretisch ein „derivative work“ (abgeleitetes Werk) aus deinem Song erstellen und dieses vermarkten. Die AGB erlauben ihnen das explizit.

Die entscheidende Passage:

„you grant to Suno […] a worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, sublicensable (directly and indirectly through multiple tiers), assignable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, store, modify, distribute, create derivative works based on, perform, display, communicate, transmit and otherwise make available any and all Content“

„Royalty-free“ bedeutet dabei: ohne weitere Zahlungen an dich.

Einschränkungen:

Die AGB sagen allerdings auch:

„Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across users and the Service may generate the same or similar output for a third party.“

Das deutet eher darauf hin, dass es primär ums KI-Training geht, nicht um direkte Vermarktung deiner Uploads.

Aber rechtlich: Die Lizenz, die du erteilst, würde es Suno erlauben, auch direkt daraus Produkte zu machen und zu verkaufen.

Fazit: Die AGB geben Suno sehr weitreichende Rechte an deinem Material. Ob sie das aktiv so nutzen, ist eine andere Frage – aber rechtlich wärst du abgesichert dagegen.

Und was ist, wenn per AI Mastering betreibe?

Ich habe, weil ich neugierig bin, auch mal geguckt, wie das bei LANDR ist. LANDR ist ein Online-Mastering-Service. Du kannst deinen selbst komponierten Song hochladen und dann mastern lassen. Zumindest bei LANDR wird gesagt, dass du deine Rechte zu 100% selbst behältst.

Deine Rechte bleiben bei dir: LANDR sagt explizit: „Your music is yours“ – du behältst alle Rechte an deinen Aufnahmen („Recordings“). LANDR erhält nur eine nicht-exklusive Lizenz, um ihre Services anzubieten (Hosting, Bearbeitung, Mastering, Distribution etc.). Was LANDR mit deinen Daten machen darf:

Sie dürfen deine Daten nutzen, um ihre Services zu verbessern, KI-Modelle zu trainieren, Analysen durchzuführen und neue Features zu entwickeln Sie teilen bestimmte Daten (Name, Email, Abo-Info) mit Partnern

Also grundsätzlich verliere ich keine Rechte an dem AI-gemasterten Werk, aber ich riskiere, dass mein Song automatisch zum Training der AI genutzt wird. Muss man halt für sich entscheiden, ob man das so wirklich gut findet.

Bei Producer.AI verhält sich das genau so wie bei Suno, sogar schlimmer

Im Pro-Modell bei Suno gehört die Musik mehr oder weniger immer noch dir. Wenn du im Free-Modell was generierst und anschließend dann doch zahlender Kunde wirst, ändert sich die Rechtslage. Bei Producer.AI sieht’s so aus:

Wichtiger Unterschied zu Suno: Die AGB sagen explizit: „Output, der unter einem kostenlosen Account generiert wurde, darf nicht für kommerzielle Zwecke genutzt werden, selbst wenn du später auf ein Bezahl-Abo upgradet.“

Wenn du deinen Song im Free-Tier hochlädst und verbessern lässt, darfst du das Ergebnis niemals kommerziell nutzen – auch nicht nach einem späteren Upgrade. Du müsstest den Upload und die Bearbeitung komplett neu mit einem aktiven Bezahl-Abo machen.

Zusätzliche Punkte:

Du gibst Producer.ai eine umfassende Lizenz an deinem hochgeladenen Material, inklusive Nutzung fürs KI-Training Bei öffentlicher Nutzung von „Riffs“ (heruntergeladene Musikstücke) musst du im Free-Tier angeben, dass sie mit Producer.ai erstellt wurden Producer.ai behält sich vor, dich als Nutzer in Werbematerialien zu nennen (kannst du aber widersprechen)

Urteile und Rechtslage?

Gerichte sind langsamer, als die AI-Welt. Ich habe ja überlegt, ob AI-Material überhaupt schützenswert ist und aktuell gibt’s noch keine klaren Urteile dazu. Kann man Content nur schützen, wenn ein Mensch dabei ist? Vielleicht kennt ihr noch das Affen-Selfie von dem Makaken „Naruto“. Der Fotograf David Slater hatte seine Kamera liegen lassen und der Affe hat ein Selfie gemacht. Jahrelang haben sich Slater und PETA darüber gestritten, ob ER nun Urheber ist oder ob die Urheberrechte beim Affen liegen? Abgesehen davon, dass dieser endlos lange Prozess den armen Fotografen seelisch zerstört hat, ist das ein Paradebeispiel für „muss eine menschliche Beteiligung vorliegen?“

Fakt ist: Die AGB sind so gut wie möglich und so übergreifend, wie notwendig formuliert worden, um SUNO oder Riffusion die Rechte einzuräumen. Es gibt aktuell viele Künstler, die generell gegen die Verarbeitung ihrer Songs durch AI vorgehen. Aber (Stand November 2025) aktuell gibt es noch keine finalen Urteile.

Fazit

Wenn du etwas mit AI erstellst, gehört es definitiv nicht dir, wenn es in einem Free-Modell gemacht hast. Es gehört auch nicht mehr dir, wenn du AI zum remixen oder finalisieren benutzt. Ich persönlich mache lieber selbst Musik und bin bereit, jemanden zu bezahlen, der mein Werk verbessert, mir mein Urheberrecht aber nicht streitig macht. Was das Mastering betrifft: Auch das ist etwas, das man selbst lernen kann. Ich würde lieber einen Lernprozess anstoßen.

Wie siehst du das? Würdest Du mit dem Wissen jetzt, noch AI-Musik erstellen und vielleicht sogar kommerziell nutzen?

знаешь, в этом и кайф — нейросети всего лишь инструмент, а ты выбираешь, что им делать, какие образы соединить, какие смыслы вложить. Это уже не просто "нейронками написано", это твой текст, твой вкус, твоя идея. Без тебя этой строчки бы не существовало:

Она ведь не из шаблона, а из внутренней муки или вдохновения. Так что не скромничай — автор здесь именно ты. А нейросеть? Всего лишь клавиши на твоей машине.

Ну вот правильный же подход. Я хуеватый поэт и вообще никакой музыкант.

@gechan Звучит, конечно, хорошо. Только для кого-то хорошо звучит Кадышева, кому-то чарт Яндекс.музыки по вкусу, кто-то в своей тачиле пацанскими песнями обдалбывается. Тут ИИшница объективно лучше 😆 И вроде #Riffusion умеет понимать «вайб», стили настраиваются, можно ремиксы делать или вокал менять. Но я давно ее не щупал, хотя надо активно, пока бесплатно...

Есть же фанаты электронной трекерной музыки, или какой-нибудь другой максимально искусственной. Может, и ИИшница у кого-то в плейлисте место займет. И тут нельзя говорить «без души», потому что у нас 99% всякой «эстрады рады» тоже без нее 😉

Уже сейчас готовая ниша — это «я поэт, зовуся Цветик» и хочу вам свои вирши показать. Или кого-то из неизвестных «оживить». Я пока с #Suno игрался — выучил больше стихов, чем за всю школьную программу 😉

Там действительно музыка вторична (только вот в бардовскую я не могу ее заставить).

И снова лампа неважна для Аладдина. Зато рыбацкая жена теперь ундина.

Апостол ходит вдоль реки, спасая души. Бог зажигает маяки, что не потушишь. Плывут, осваивая брасс, земные тверди. И смерти нет в который раз. Нигде нет смерти.

Honestly #riffusion is making me wish I was actually musical, and knew how to work with stems and remix things. All the examples I've posted here are just silly fun, but unlike with Suno or Udio, I can regularly describe things to Riffusion in ways that get it to generate music that I actually enjoy. If I could, like, trim the start and end, and remove part of one chorus, and move the verses around a bit, some of these would be perfect. It somehow feels worse to get a song that's almost exactly what you imagined it would be, but just not quite, than to think of a fun idea for a song, but know you can't play or sing or edit, so it's just never going to happen anyway. And 37 is way too late to learn the keyboard or reaper or something from scratch. So I just have to live with this unsatisfaction.

The prompt we'll be using today: "A comic operetta in the style of Victorian satirical comic operettas making fun of President Donald J Trump." We'll be leaving all other settings as default.

The things I'm looking for:
1. Does the song refer to recent events?
2. Can it follow my strong style instructions? I'm wanting something in the style of gilbert and Sullivan. But if I mention them directly, the AI's either refuse on copyright grounds, or generate endless bad versions of A Model of A Modern Major General.

Let's start with riffusion.com. It gave me a song called "Why won't they let me edit?" It's apparently about how Donald Trump wants to edit his wikipedia page. I'm not aware of this being a thing that happened, but it's possible I missed that? It starts off enough like an opera for my taste, but it quickly devolves into a kind of 2000's pop musical style.
