I’m always wanting the best #earlgrey I just love the stuff. I happen to have some really good #chinese #redtea. So I decided I’m going to make some top shelf earl grey. I have some bergamot essence already. Just ordered some #cornflowers to add to the tea. Not sure if this is sacrillege but I can’t wait to try it out. Yeah, I like #tea

They are easy to brew with their low astringency and bitterness. Nearly impossible to oversteep, I often brew them quasi-gongfu with an in mug filter. Here, I am brewing in a stoneware pot.
