Best would probably be to neither use Android (be it GrapheneOS or /e/is or lineageOS or whatever) nor iOS, but something real open with open software on open hardware produced without any suppression in the delivery chain. Welcome to heaven. Maybe #Purism could be interesting. While not being in heaven, you may choose the direction of optimization. There is not the one truth.
