#Floya, l'application mobilité Android / iOS commandée par la Région bruxelloise est en phase terminale.
Dans la logique #PublicMoneyPulicCode pronée par la @fsfe, je me demande s'il ne serait pas opportun de réclamer la libération du code, qui pourrait éventuellement servir à la création d'autres applications.
Pensez-vous qu'une telle demande soit réaliste ? Vaut-elle la peine d'être tentée ? Qu'en pensez-vous ?

Würden doch nur die Behörden (bzw. deren #neuland-Chefs) mal über den Tellerrand gucken und Windows endlich rausschmeißen!!!
Es ist einfach unglaublich, dass in einer Demokratie, wo Transparenz das oberste Prinzip sein muss, dies bei IT derart ignoriert wird und man sich auch noch abhängig macht.
Einfach nur traurig!

Sogno un mondo dove *tutto* ciò che viene creato con i soldi dei contribuenti viene rilasciato nel pubblico dominio, perché già pagato.
Talvolta, nei miei sogni più arditi, sogno persino che utilizzare codice proprietario nelle pubbliche amministrazioni passi da _immorale_ a _illecito_.
Ma, mi rendo conto, che — al momento — dovrei accontentarmi di sognare molto meno.

Mit #OpenSource-Lizenzen oder anderen Rechten am finanzierten Quellcode hätten Bund und Kantone ihre Souveränität in diesem kritischen Bereich erhalten können.
Eine Abkehr von #Xplain wäre immer noch kein Kinderspiel gewesen, aber deutlich einfacher als jetzt.
Doch leider behandeln Bund und Kantone IT-Souveränität und -Rechte immer noch stiefmütterlich, statt Initiativen wie z.B. #PublicMoneyPulicCode als Chance zu sehen.
Und beschaffen IT wie Bürostühle.

Statt irgendwelche eher schlecht umgesetzten, proprietären Leuchtturmprojekte hier zu bewerben, sollte die Bundesregierung offene APIs und offenen Datenformate festschreiben, sodass Jeder Umsetzungen entwickeln kann!
Staatliche IT muss transparent, prüfbar, sicher und flexibel sein. Daher...

Zamiast zająć się tematem stosuje tanie ataki erystyczne i jeszcze ma czelność kontynuować to na fediwersie. Niby @mkljczk jest nieznającym się na niczym gościem, domagającym się niszowych postulatów ale jego opinia wymaga uwagi ministra.
Ja też pytam na jakiej licencji albo jakie warunki będzie spełniać licencja, na której kod zostanie opublikowany?
Dodatkowo pytam, jaka analiza stoi za decyzją o użyciu GitHuba, a nie własnej infrastruktury?

Open Source (FOSS) is an important democratic tool. The public need to be able to verify the code that our democratic systems run on. Otherwise we cannot claim that the systems serve democracy.
