Die Kommission wird dazu nicht viel beitragen, weil die Umsetzung bei den Mitgliedsstaaten liegt.
Aber Public Code wird es. Frage ist eher wie TEE/ HSM dann umgesetzt wird.

Ik wil niet dat de overheid investeert in bedrijven (ongeacht waar), maar in vrije opensource software in het publieke domein die íedereen kan gebruiken, ook bedrijven.

But then I also believe in #PublicMoneyPublicCode, if we don't want to be at the mercy of VCs then our software and hardware needs to be open and we need to consider #FossSustainability.
So I am totally onboard with the need to put our software into public ownership.
Although to be fair I am biased.
