we may #aspire to a healthy #mind in a #healthy #body … but not have them … Wot then?
Depends the degree of #disability. For example being a hater, troll etc is a mind disability BUT hating ones physical impairment is #normal.
So some tips:
- do not be a pain or #enabler of peoples hurt
- be a window pane into a #better realm
- #relaxing (even intensely or in #tension) can be #practiced
