The settings dialog is now fully functional, and can properly save and restore values!
The biggest bitch of it was probably the shortcut version, since toggles for shortcuts use a tri-state system - unchecked and checked means overriding the prefix's setting, while partial checked means to use the prefix's current setting.
Because "partially" checked is still "checked", some extra checks needed to be balanced. But it all works now - even the DLL overrides!
