    Today was a challenge, to say the least. It began with a panic attack, not just for me but for my little one too. The day didn't let up, pushing me through the wringer with a high-pressure project at work. There's hope, a light at the end of this overwhelming tunnel. Then, just as I sought solace, another scare from my little one tested my resolve. This time, I managed to stay composed, though not without help from my steadfast ally, clonazepam.
