So I've been using the #mastodon app and it doesn't exactly work correctly every day so does anyone know if there's a better app to use for it? My notifications won't go away most of the time and I don't get notifications for everything and I miss stuff that otherwise I'd reply to.

So if anyone has a suggestion, please let me know ✌️💜

There are tools that help you locate your Twitter people on Mastodon. Lots of articles on it..here's one below (haven't used any yet).
The more you follow hashtags, and the more you boost posts that match your interests, the software has an easier time populating your home feed with people you will be interested in.

Truthfully, I've enjoyed mostly finding people I never knew about on Twitter

Still figuring this space out. Here are a few questions that probably have really easy and obvious answers.
1. How do you add #hashtags to your bio? When I try to add then they don’t seem to be hyperlinks. What am I missing?
2. Should I set up different accounts on different servers? Or just use one account for everything?
3. Is there an easy way to see what hashtags are most used? Or just #MakeShitUp & see what happens?

Also, if you see a hashtag in someone's post, you can click on the hashtag, and it shows you the current feed for that hashtag, and at that point, you can "Follow" the hashtag with the follow icon thingy....or...you can use "Explore" feature and just hunt for hashtags.....

I use the Safari interface on my iPad, and it's great! Can follow hashtags on it, which is Major Advantage

Ik heb inmiddels ontdekt dat Tusky een fijne app is voor #Mastodon. (Zoals er bij Mastodon van alles niet maar één is, is er ook niet maar één app. De app die Mastodon heet, doet de basic dingen, maar veel is er ook niet mogelijk en hij loopt soms niet goed door. #Tusky heeft veel meer features en is veel gebruiksvriendelijker. #MastodonTips #MastodonNewbies #MastodonNL
