Our second day in Costa Rica was pretty chill. We hung around the house, ate at Magic Bus, and spent a few hours at the beach. Our Washington state family joined us in the afternoon, and we ate dinner at La Cantina BBQ. Our final family members are should be joining us tomorrow.

Female iguanas don't care for their young - once they hatch they are on their own - but young iguanas stick together for their first year. The males will protect their sisters from predators by shielding them with their bodies. Iguanas are the only reptiles which do this.
