Every time the m1-based plex server here goes down, that's a little bit more me. Like sure it has great h.264 transcode, but it's not worth a wooden nickel if the damn thing keeps abandoning its SMB mounts for no farking reason.

A pet peeve of mine, is people not closing things. Doors, cabinets, closets, toilets, drawers, cereal boxes, food containers, their mouths, whatever.

Walked into my office this morning and nearly everything with hinges on it was open. It looks like a goddamn search warrant was carried out in here.

I'm tempted to whip out the label maker and put stickers on it all that say "I promise, it's just as easy to close, as it is to open."

I've been really annoyed at how badly the New York Times syncs crossword puzzles (I solve across an Android phone, iPhone, a laptop, and an iPad), but today was the first time it wiped out a half-solved puzzle by syncing in an almost unsolved version of that day's puzzle that I'd opened *after* on a different device. I even saw the words disappear as I opened it. Bah! (I recognize this is a minor problem in the scheme of things.)
