Sounds about right. Don't know if it's a specific problem when third party authentication is used but it often does this then when you ask it to re-auth again it goes to the third party ID provider, realises it's already signed in and starts working without further authentication.
At least it's not just me ...

On tiktok there's a maximum of 5 hashtags allowed on each post. I was initially annoyed but looking at some posts here I think it's probably a good thing

I don’t often go to Starbucks but the local coffee shop is closing early. Decided to get a festive, holiday latte advertised at the counter only to be told “we’ve stopped making those for the season”. WTF!? You start shilling holiday drinks around Halloween but can’t be bothered to keep them until New Year’s Day much less Christmas??? Sigh, due to corporate fuckery, ended up with a less expensive, less profitable, and far less fun black coffee. ☹️ /rant

Either I didn't turn off the FireClippy functionality in #Firefox properly, or the latest Firefox update re-enabled it. Either way, local or not local, I find these features unnecessary.
I already use #VivaldiBrowser a lot but I haven't figured out yet if it has the one feature that has me still return to Firefox, namely the Multi-Account containers.
Either way, this time the annoyance was strong enough to install #LibreWolf with the few extensions I use (EFF's Privacy Badger, Multi-Account containers and KeepassXC), plus of course it already comes with uBlock Origin pre-installed. A quick copy of the sessionstore.jslz4 file to the LibreWolf profile and I'm more or less back in business.

Am I unique in my hatred of shirt labels? Someone creates a t-shirt and presumably thinks to themselves: "Yeah, nice shirt, but you know what would make it even better? A stiff plastic label to gouge our customers in the back of the neck... all day long. They're going to *love* that!" 🙄 (It is a good shirt though!!)

I did this survey, and boy is it terrible.
It doesn't resemble an actual information-gathering exercise much at all. It reminded me more of push-polling. Every question is built around the unspoken assumption that "AI" (i.e. LLMs and generational algorithms) is an unalloyed good, and Canada, as a country, needs to be doing a lot to foster its growth.
If you reject much of that assumption, the survey is an exercise in annoyance. It could have been written by Sam Altman.
