"For example, the move to revoke #TaxExempt status could choke off funding for groups that urge greater action to promote clean air, water and land, work to help communities most affected by industrial pollution and advocate for projects and policies to combat #ClimateChange — among other issues.

Die mit der #NaturwaldAkademie durchgeführte Auswertung zeigt: Die rund 10.000 Kilometer #Straßenprojekte des aktuellen Bundesverkehrswegeplans (#BVWP) von Verkehrsminister Volker #Wissing (ehemals #FDP) zerstören mehr als 5.600 Hektar Wald- und mehr als 1.000 Hektar #Moorflächen - das entspricht fast 8.000 (Wald) bzw. 1.400 (Moor) Fußballfeldern. Im BVWP von 2016 werden diese Eingriffe in natürliche Kohlenstoffspeicher nicht beziffert.
