#vegantest #GreenHeart Geflügel Frei Salat (Denns) – #Geflügelsalat habe ich früher geliebt: Kleine Fleischstücke, leicht säuerliche weiße Creme, mit Pilzen, Spargel oder Mandarine. Diese Variante hier ist gelb, verwendet kleine Sojafetzen und viel kleines Gemüse. Geschmacklich kommt Senf durch, etwas Curry, etwas Frucht und ein merkwürdiger Nebengeschmack. Die Textur ähnelt durch die feinen Sellerie-Stücke einem Tunfischsalat. Geflügelstücke sind nicht erahnbar. 2/5 Sternchen.
