I promised myself I was going to Watch All The Anime available on streaming services in the UK, in as close as I can get to the original release order. And I have just watched "Grave Of The Fireflies" as I said I would. It hurts. I cried. I have written my review. I will never watch a frame of it again.

#GraveOfTheFireflies is coming to #Netflix. It is truely one of the great works of #Ghibli. But I bears mentioning. While this can be a sweet tale of a brother trying to care for his sister in Japan after WWII, it is heartbreaking.

That said, I believe it should be watched -at least- once. Similar to #Godzilla #MinusOne, it shows postwar Japan, & what ppl went thru that's not often talked about.

But one movie that really stuck with me was #graveofthefireflies not sure why. It's G I think. But something about it is hard to shake off. Not sure if it's because I have young children. Or how they portrayed innocence in the film.
