W co-czwartkowej audycji #ArminVanBuuren #AStateOfTrance jest taki segment "Service for Dreamers" - ludzie pisza zgloszenia ze swoimi ukochanymi kawalkami i jesli maja troche szczescia to Armin wybiera danego maila i puszcza dany utwor, a jak ktos ma jeszcze wiecej szczescia to dostaje zaproszenie do studia na nagranie ASOT-a.
No i w dzisiejszym odcinku pojawil sie Mikołaj, ktory napisal o #Akesson - #PerfectBlue, opisujac go jako utwor, ktory uslyszal pierwszy raz wlasnie na secie Armina na #SunriseFestival2008 i od ktorego zaczela sie jego zajawka na #trance. Rozumiem goscia doskonale, bo dla mnie ten kawalek tez jest gdzies wysoko w topce, pamietam nawet, ze mialem go wypalony na CD jak jechalem na kurs DJ-ski do Mielna i gralem go na egzaminie (tez w tym wlasnie 2008 roku 😅 ). Wiec jak slysze te nute to troche robi mi sie kulka wzruszenia w gardle. ;)

Saw the Perfect Blue remaster in theaters tonight!
Loved it! And like most Satoshi Kon works, I like it more each time I see it since there's a lot of stuff to pick up on. The remaster also looked pretty good to me (though theaters look worse than TVs these days).
One thing is for sure: Satoshi Kon was a brilliant artist and visual storyteller who died far too young.
I'll see his works any chance I get and I think you should too!

The new Japanese #4K #BluRay of #PerfectBlue looks like a huge upgrade over my UK Blu Ray, even without HDR.
Shame there's no subtitles of any form on the disc but I'm sure it will get an English language friendly international release soon enough.
