Not like MS is known for quality software, but if you're bragging about the "largest Patch Tuesday ever" and claim that AI fixed 500+ vulns, one needs to take pause to wonder:

1) How many of those are actual vulnerabilities?

2) The "fixes" for those vulnerabilities - So a human vetted, reviewed, and approved them, yes? YES? (probably not, and that's a problem)

3) Large diff of code in a small period of time will probably lead to disasters down the road.

4) We're about to have another Crowdstrike moment in 3 days aren't we?

Many AI providers that claim not to be using your private data to train on, are absolutely going to train on your private data. They stole copy-written data to do the initial training. They aren't ethical paragons or law abiding companies at heart, and they haven't changed course despite what they claim.

So when providing risk guidance related to AI platforms/services include some variation of the above concern. Yes, all 3rd party vendors could leak data/be compromised, but AI companies have already proven their intent.
