I swear she gets visibly round as she drinks, then five minutes later she's back and normal sized.

This one now is especially small. She's not too sure about Boomer being so close to the feeder, but she's awfully sure about the feeder.
Don't know why, but sometimes when I zoom past 10x my phone camera gets this white sheen, like the big lens is dirty, but cleaning the camera array doesn't seem to help.

Hummingbird!
We see a lot more of them now, since moving the feeder and putting it in the lilac out front.
This is the (a?) female ruby throated hummingbird.
I'd never noticed perches on a hummingbird feeder, what with hovering being sort of their shtick, but they do seem to appreciate the bit of a rest, only rarely we'll see somebody hover to drink.
