Good morning everyone 🌞 I'm up earlier than planned because Ziggy refused to take her medicine for Grant and I heard him yelling "Ow!" as his attempts resulted in bites so I came down to save him 😊

I wasn't planning a much longer lie anyway, because we're off to the Opticians first thing to pick up my new glasses and then off to shop for a comfortable pair of shoes that don't leave me hobbling around as my current ones do. (Getting older is such fun!) Then a quick Lidl bimble to stock back up on fresh fruit for the Crew.

Busy day planned and hopefully I can get some coffee in to me soon so I can wake up properly, but Ziggy doesn't appear to want her breakfast yet so we'll sit a while. She has just tucked her head into my hand and informed me, "I Boo Boo", and my baby she certainly is 😊

Good morning everyone ☀️ I'm up early with the parrots today. I've just sorted out their cleaning and breakfast and now Ziggy and I are having a wee rest, her curled up in my hand grumbling away. I'm half asleep, and very content 😊

Ziggy has this little plastic cup she loves to play with. It's a tiny wee thing, one from a number on a plastic chain in her cage that she chewed off. She runs around with it in her beak in the evenings, up and down my legs, drops it on the floor then flies down to pick it up and climb back up my legs, over and over. Loves it. Well, Toby got his own back on her for all the tail biting and chasing last night by pooping directly into that wee cup 😂 How he managed it with such precision I so not know, but not a single splot was outside the cup. Needless to say it had to be well cleaned and disinfected, which meant Ziggy couldn't play with it. Revenge is a wee cup pooped precisely it seems 😁

Plans for today are Parrot Kitchen followed by working on the final of the three crochet orders and watching more ER no doubt.
