Giving the large, menacing dragon a big hug for the first time in who knows how long.
The dragon is desperately trying not to show any weakness around any mortal, but it's an uphill battle. The tears are already flowing. The dragon has never seen such positive attention from anyone for as long as it can remember. Eventually, the dragon gives in and wraps me up in its own hug and refuses to let me go for a while.

So... dragons are awesome, you should pet them. Firey dragons, icey dragons, stormy dragons, toxic dragons, all the dragons are awesome! Scaily, fluffy, or... something completely different. All the dragons should get pets, or hugs, or both, once again... dragons! are! awesome!

Considering the number of otherkins working in tech and art, I wonder if I will ever see an isekai where a major character is a dragon serving as the fantasy-equivalent of either a programmer, a tech support, an open-source contributer, a concept artist, a designer, a researcher, a maintainer, a game dev, or what have you. Bonus if visibly ND.
IIRC the closest we usually get are dragon scholars acting as an encyclopedia. That's just not as fun.
