Finally followed up on a referral to get someone to look at my POTSy self and give advice. I saw a cardiologist.
Turns out, abdominal (thigh+stomach) compression is where it's at. It's a tad more effective than below-knee leg compression, and the two combined are even more helpful.

Good morning, all. How is everyone?

Well, I’m officially 34 today. I wound up crashing hard for most of the night, but the good news is that this morning I feel pretty good — aside from the usual arthritis pain in my feet and hands and not being able to find one of my slippers, so I’ve had to walk on the hard floor barefoot. Lol. I’ve looked everywhere, so I’ll probably have to ask my mom for help when she gets up.

I ordered both compression gloves and socks, but my socks won’t be here until December 6th, and my gloves won’t come in until the 12th.

Report: not as soft or as warm as Jobst. Confused about the latter, as they are definitely thicker than Jobst. Heel is better reinforced. Silicone band is grippier, which is both a plus and a minus. Shifted in my chair and... Ouch. Overall, I am impressed. I've had so many that just don't work from day one. I'll see where I stand when I wash them. Hopefully they hold up and I can stock up on a few. Still love Jobst the best, but the ones I tried today are $25 and Jobst is $100. The brand I tried today is "Lin Performance" on Amazon. (I'm sorry I'm sorry).
