To help with my #Dysautonomia, my Dr wants me to daily have:
- 16oz water chugged (not sip over time) 4x daily including on wakeup
- 6,000mg salt

I've found salt easy (LMNT electrolyte powder in water, adding salt to food), but drinking 16oz of water 4x daily is HARD!

Salt/electrolytes help with water retention so you aren't peeing it all out lol. Chugging water increases blood volume, which can help with folks with dysautonomia symptoms related to blood pressure drops (#orthostatichypotension/#VasovagalSyncope) #longcovid

Shifted in my chair and... Ouch. Overall, I am impressed. I've had so many that just don't work from day one. I'll see where I stand when I wash them.
