  1. Many people have forgotten that molasses is very important in their diet. Even more people only know sugar which doesn't come from a source which has molasses in it. Bleached Sugar has chemicals which were used to remove the molasse

I'm considering Sugar Cane, as the sugar source which only grows in the tropics.

    Sugar is saccharide a carbohydrate

A search on DuckDuckGo gave the hit as displayed in the third screencap

The Industry of Food 🥝 mainly that in the USA, uses way to much sugar in ALL of their processed foods

That same industry make sure that people are deceived and think that enormous amounts of sugar in their system are normal. For example a blood glucose level of 3.6 should be considered of the minimal that's needed for a human corpus to function normally.

There are many places, however which will tell you that of blood glucose level of six is normal in the early morning.

    ## It's too high!

Those sources are linked to the food industry in the US. When you get up Early in the Morning 🌄 and your glucose level is something like four to 4.3, you're fine; you're actually super healthy in regards to your blood glucose level

The reason why the food industry wants you to think that is that they want to keep poisoning you with way too much sugar
The same happens with NaCl which you find in the ocean and in ground deposits

That is a whole other post.

    ## Anything that is too much destroys your corpus.

Sugar not only makes you fat to corpulent, if you don't burn it off with moving properly and enough; It also makes you unhappy simply because sugar is extremely addictive worse than cocaine. Sugar also destroys your eyesight; you can become blind of it
Sugar destroys your cardio vascular system; you can lose arms and legs because of it.

The addictive levels of sugar are also for another post.

What you should take out of this post, is to use sugar in careful moderation, use brown sugar and make sure it is as dark as possible because you need that molasses.

  18. ❝There is no optimal [#carbohydrate] ratio. The ratio that is optimal will change depending on amounts ingested. If 90 g/h is ingested it should be around 2:1, but if more is ingested, for example 120 g/h, 1:1 is likely better. There are many commercial preparations with claims of the best ratio, but the reality is that there is no best ratio.

  20. CW: Diabetes, and diet

Had my annual checkup a couple of weeks ago and, after being as high as 9 (maybe higher while not monitoring) my #A1C was 5.5!

    This was due to a combination of a low #carbohydrate #diet and #Synjardy (5/1,000).

Asked my doctor for a higher dose of Synjardy but she didn't call it in, probably because my numbers were so good.

I had to call twice for the new dose, and left a message for her about wanting to eat foods like rice and beans.

    Got the new meds today.

    #iykyk 😂

  24. "Changes in gene expression and metabolite profiles indicate that the lack of carbon flow into starch increases levels of soluble sugars during #fruit growth, triggers a readjustment of central #carbohydrate and #lipid #metabolism, and activates growth and stress protection pathways. Accordingly, adp fruits are remarkably resistant to blossom-end rot, a common #physiological disorder induced by environmental #stress"
