It would be very interesting to also have on Fediverse (I refer to Mastodon, Pixelfed, Bluesky and Flipboard, for example) information for a photo posted about the "#Credentials", as for example happens on Linkedin, where a reader can click on a "CR" icon at the top left and get info if the user has set the credentials through Lightroom or Photoshop and Adobe (for example see here: linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:l "bab al taqwâ" image and look and click the CR icon above).

I know it's not easy to implement, but we should think about it.

The visitor of a post needs to know if a photo has been treated with AI but also if it has credentials of this type (and also for a "#byline" of the author).

  7. How is it going with the implementation in Mastodon instances of the option for the "byline" dedicated to journalists?

I had asked to participate in my accounts for my newspapers to try the service, but so far I have not received an answer...

In my opinion it is an interesting function, also to protect readers, and I hope it will be offered on a large scale, and soon.

  9. Opinion -

    #News and any #information #media should always have a #byline. #Sourcing is critical.

    I don’t trust #NYT on #Gaza anymore for example.

"replies simply do not accomplish" ... what?

Not accomplishing a non-explanatory dunk on the OP?

#Journalists that "quote post" are not interested in a dialog searching for #Truth (aka "Communicating effectively")

They're trying to undermine communication by intersecting an #AppealToAuthority by virtue of their #byline.

"Quote Posting" is media's technique for tagging the quoted post" as a nonsensical diversion unworthy of debate.
