#LondonHasFallen. It is so hot in my kitchen that the Bovril was a little bit more flowy than normal so I had to use a spoon instead of a knife to get it onto the toast.

Somehow my Ghostsigns email address has been linked to the fictitious business, Bovril Sign Brixton.
Which makes for some bizarre spam...
That said, if Andrew can reduce my fuel expenditure on Bovril Sign Brixton, then I could be in the money as the current spend is a grand total of £0 per annum...

Today’s best piece of spam is titled “Do you love Golf, or know someone at Bovril Sign Brixton who does?”
It continues:
“Hi Sam,
"We're passionate about golf.
"So what, you might say.
"We're also passionate about helping businesses grow.
"So... after years of development, we found a way to combine the two.
"It doesn't even matter whether you play golf yourself, or couldn't care less or know someone else at Bovril Sign Brixton who does.
"We've set up a unique business partnership opportunity with Addington Palace Golf Club.
"Specifically aimed at Art Galleries."
Continues etc etc, closing with a request to pay £240/month for year’s partnership.

We have just booked a Mediterranean cruise on the #GravyBoat. We get on the vessel in #Fondue in #Switzerland and sail down the #Linguine coast to the ancient port of #Ravioli then around the #Broccoli Islands and finally disembark at #Brussels. In #Brussels we get to look around the #Limburger car factory where they build the world's first car powered by gas produced from #OnionGravy. It was invented by Count Harrington #Bovril who is related to the #Worcestershire #Bovril's the #Sauce of a lot on modern tech. Then we board the #GravyTrain for the trip home.

#3goodthings for a Friday
The first mug of hot Bovril of the autumn
Balanced the new washing machine so it doesn't walk across the floor any more.
Re-timelining of the WIP is complete and coherent. I can now export it from Aeon and plug the dates into my fantasy date converter.
Time for a walk!

It's now the dark half of the year, so time for #venison #stew. Fried onions, diced venison, tin of tomatoes, bottle of #wine, bay leaf, a smidge of chili, handful of peppercorns, spoonful of #bovril, chopped carrot, parsnip and tater, some lentils and pearl barley. Bay leaf. Bottle of wine for the cook. Smells lovely. Another hour to just sit and get lovelier over a very low flame. I'll add sage and mushrooms in a bit.

___The #haggis!___
On this #BurnsNight we've had our vegan haggis, mashed tatties (potatoes) but no neeps (turnips), instead substituting swede and celeriac, carrots, spring green cabbage, green beans, cranberry jelly and a nice veggie stock gravy.
To break the spell I washed it down with a nice beefy #Bovril.

Brings back memories of Art A Level class, and one of my favourite teachers, Mrs Esther Twoomey.
*Fake supermarket brand as the real thing is mostly *all* the Gluten grains!
