Motoboy fica ferido após colisão com carro no Centro de Sapiranga

"It’s 2026, and we’re still saying “bass music.” One of those terms that means everything and nothing, it’s nonetheless been embraced by the electronic music world for more than a decade now. ...
Whether you think of it as a cultural flattening device or a kind of convention hall, bass music has put the disparate sounds of #jungle, #electro, #techno, #house, dubstep, #footwork, Jersey club, #dancehall, Brazilian funk, #singeli, #guaracha, #kuduro, #batida and #mahraganat in conversation with one another—and that’s just a partial list.
Tracing the roots of that conversation is a complex task, but there’s little question that many of the key roads lead back to the UK, and the #dubstep genre in particular."

Ooops😬. A bit delayed since I was enjoying my Rotterdam weekend with all my lovely friends pretty much offline!!!

So, congrats to Who Is Your Fam and GLXY Recs Rotterdam for a very inspiring first edition.

Credits of the vids and pics go out to @marliblu, Son of Sheik and Tim for capturing my 3-deck-madness ❤️

Nuno Beats steps up to the Príncipe plate with aplomb for his debut LP. A minor dabble with late night gnarliness aside, he eschews the dancefloor deviance of his label, opting to take a lolloping, downtempo stroll through the speakers, fusing hints of Afropop with Balearic urbanism & percussive riddims with sandy smoochers to give the downtempo continuum a sultry nudge.

"#BateuMatou (loosely translatable to “kill hit” or “I hit it, it died” from #Portuguese) is a supergroup of sorts, with members...[from] #Paus, #BurakaSomSistema, and #Batida...The result is something of an amalgam of themes into a pulsing, percussion-centric pastiche." of modern EDM, afrobeats and real drumming.

RS Produções - Saúde em 1° Lugar

PRÍNCIPE have always been an incredibly consistent label. I DJ’d at a festival in 2011 and was so hyped by PRÍNCIPE that I arranged my whole set around a DJ Marfox 12” because it banged so hard with twisting rhythms and a bleep kind of vibe. The catalogue is really diverse and RS Produções make real nice deep rolling twisted dance music with a twisted percussive wind and a slight Drexciyan vibe.
