- we’re still heading towards 2.8C warming by 2100 on current climate policies
- if all unconditional, conditional and net zero pledges were implemented by all countries, we could limit warming to 1.9C

Current policies - the ones countries already have in place - would lead to even more warming, of around 2.8°C, #UNEP said.
The world has made some progress. A decade ago, when the #ParisAgreement was signed, the planet was on course for around a 4°C temperature rise.
But heat-trapping #CO2 #emissions continue to rise, as countries burn #coal, #oil & #gas to power their economies.
Global #GreenhouseGas #emissions increased by 2.3% in 2024, to 57.7 gigatonnes of CO2 equivalent, UNEP said.

#Jobs are vanishing in the #USA, as #Uneployment rises according to statistics (despite statisticians been #fired by #Trump for doing their #job). This phenomenon is represented by the #Beveridge curve, as calculated by the #federalreserve #bank of St. Louis for several #years after #Covid , maybe someone will be fired also there for publishing this #data … This is sign of a slow down in economy, possible forecast of a #recession.

J'ai fait une demande de #RQTH auprès de la #MDPH il y a 2 ans et apparemment, mes antécédents médicaux étaient suffisamment lourds pour qu'on me propose l'AAH directement.
Dans la foulée, avec mes arrêts de travail récurrents, la CPAM m'a proposé une pension d' #invalidité.
Depuis j'oscille entre les 2 et parfois, la #CAF "oublie" de me payer mon #allocation alors je reçois la pension, de 200 € moindre.
Et là j'en chie pour finir le mois. -
