Меня зовут Ричард Кэмпбелл. Я из Ванкувера из канадской провинции Британская Колумбия. В Копенгагене я не впервые и, как уже говорил, выступал на множестве конференций NDC 1 . Этот доклад сложился сам собой, потому что в последнее время вокруг происходящего с искусственным интеллектом возникла неразбериха. Начать надо с этого ужасного названия. Термин старый, ещё из 1950-х. Придумала его группа учёных, пытавшихся выбить финансирование у американских военных, что, кстати, у них получилось.
